Creating an account with us is done in two steps.

Step One  

Please sign up to the website by clicking HERE - this is where you'll enter your log in and contact details, and ensures you'll be kept up to date with new products later on. 

Step Two

Email us professional proof of your qualification to accounts@omgbeauty.co.nz. Just a photo is fine, however please ensure it can be read clearly.  

Please note we have three types of account types and we will need to approve one, before you can make any purchases. If you have questions about setting up an account, please send us an email :)

• Professional - All products available to purchase (Proof of qualification required)
• Tan Only - Only tan products/equipment available to purchase (business card or social media link will suffice )
• Non Professional Only polish & stamping products/equipment available to purchase (no proof required)

By requesting an account with OMG Beauty Solutions, you acknowledge and agree (or are deemed to acknowledge and agree) to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. For any questions please email us - info@omgbeauty.co.nz - and we'd be happy to help.

Payment

1. Payment is required in full for your order before dispatched unless prior arrangement has been made with management of OMG Beauty Solutions.

2. Credit card, internet banking, cheque and cash.

Products and Pricing

1. All prices shown are GST exclusive.

2. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. All goods are subject to availability.

Shipping and Handling

1. Shipment of goods within New Zealand will be sent with track & trace, and signature required, for $9.50. Rural delivery will be charged at $11.00. Delivery times are based on geographical location.

2. Delivery of all goods to Australia have a minimum order of $50.00. Shipping costs $15.00 for New South Wales and Victoria, with the other states costing $18.00. This is for track & trace, signature required.

3. You agree that you will be responsible for all freight costs unless otherwise stated. OMG Beauty Solutions reserves the right to adjust your invoice, should actual freight costs exceed the amount already paid. You agree that OMG Beauty Solutions may debit your account accordingly.

4. Large items such bulk orders may also incur additional delivery charges and we reserve the right to adjust these charges as may be appropriate.

5. Goods supplied to the a customer shall be at the Customer’s risk immediately on delivery to the Customer or into the custody on the Customers behalf, (which ever is done sooner) and the Customer shall insure accordingly.

6. The company reserves the right to refuse supply.

Returns

1. Please contact us immediately if any item you receive is faulty. You will be asked to return the item and we will arrange either an exchange or refund including the cost of return freight. Items under warranty will be repaired or replaced.

2. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive all the items you ordered or if you have received an incorrect item. We will rectify the situation and arrange the return of any incorrect items.

3. All goods for return must be advised within 7 days from invoice date. Returned goods are subject to inspection and count before acceptance.

4. All returns must be authorised before being sent - unexpected returns will not be opened and will be marked return to sender. All items returned must be in the same packaging and same condition as you received them. We package our items carefully and expect that you do the same.

5. Please select your items of purchase carefully. We accept no responsibility for incorrect ordering.

6. By accepting merchandise, you accepts the terms and conditions.

Accounts

1. We sell professional only products. This means in order to have an approved account, you must have a qualification that we deem appropriate.

2. We reserve the right to deactivate your account and refund any unfulfilled orders if;

i) You fail to abide by our Terms & Conditions.
ii) It is discovered that you have sold on, or gifted products to somebody else. 
iii) It is discovered you have allowed a third party to use your account. 
iiii) It is discovered your qualifications were forged or falsified. 

3. By applying for an account, you are agreeing to our terms as listed above. We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary.

Conditions of Use

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not review information or obtain goods, services or products from OMG Beauty Solutions.

Acceptance of Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to OMG Beauty Solutions. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the OMG Beauty Solutions, the content, products or services provided by OMG Beauty Solutions and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you.

Copyright

All the content including all the text, graphics, photographs, logos and images ("Content"), is the property of OMG Beauty Solutions Ltd or its content suppliers and protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. The compilation, collection, selection, arrangement, assembly, and coordination of all Content available is the exclusive property of OMG Beauty Solutions and protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.

Any other use of the Content, including but not limited to, the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display for any other purposes is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.

Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.
